Introduction to Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co. Ltd.
Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. (Heilongjiang Airport Group), formerly known as the Heilongjiang Administration of Civil Aviation of China, was established in December 2003. On April 28, 2006, Heilongjiang Airport Group was officially managed by the Capital Airport Group Corporation and became one of its member enterprises, which now has 13 airports under its jurisdiction, including Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Heihe, Mohe, Yichun, Daqing, Jixi, Jiagedaqi, Fuyuan, Jiansanjiang, and Wudalianchi, ranking fifth in the number of airports among the provinces in China.
On July 4, 2018, the provincial government and the Civil Aviation Administration of China jointly issued the Harbin International Aviation Hub Strategic Plan, positioning Harbin Taiping International Airport as an international aviation hub that radiates Northeast Asia and connects the United States and Europe, a modern comprehensive transportation hub in Northeast China open to the outside world, and a new power source for the economic development of Longjiang region. At the present stage, the provincial government and CAAC are pushing forward the Harbin Taiping International Airport's second phase of the current expansion and the preliminary work of the second phase of expansion.
During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the average annual growth rates of the three indexes of takeoff and landing cycles, passenger throughput and cargo and mail throughput of Heilongjiang Airport Group were 7.8%, 10.5% and 3.6% respectively. In 2013, the passenger throughput of Harbin Taiping International Airport exceeded 10 million person-times for the first time, and reached 20.78 million person-times in 2019, ranking the first in Northeast China for four consecutive years and the 21st in China.
As the first city in Northeast China to open the Fifth Air Rights, Harbin Taiping International Airport has opened two routes of the Fifth Air Rights: Yekaterinburg-Harbin - Bangkok (round trip) and Krasno - Harbin - Bangkok - Harbin - Yekaterinburg. In March 2015, the State Council approved Harbin Taiping International Airport to implement the visa-free policy for 51 countries within 72 hours, making Harbin the third city in Northeast China to have the 72-hour visa-free policy following Shenyang and Dalian.
By the end of 2019, 51 domestic and foreign airlines had put into operation in Heilongjiang Airport Group. Heilongjiang Airport Group has opened 367 domestic and international routes, connecting with 30 provincial capitals of 34 provincial administrative regions in China, which has formed an air traffic network with Harbin Taiping International Airport as the center and 12 regional airports as the support, covering major cities in China and connecting with neighboring countries such as Russia, Japan and South Korea.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, Heilongjiang Airport Group has unswervingly implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the Civil Aviation Administration, and the provincial Party committee and provincial government, and achieved the well-placed ideological understanding, organizational leadership, responsibility implementation and work measures. All members of Heilongjiang Airport Group made concerted efforts to overcome difficulties and fight the sniper battle of epidemic prevention and control with all their strength. During this period, the United Airlines launched "custom products" to help businesses get back to work and production, so that people and cargo could flow smoothly.
In recent years, Heilongjiang Airport Group has won many honorary titles, such as the Winning Unit of the National Ankang Cup Competition, the Civil Aviation May Day Labor Award, and the Four Good Leading Bodies. In the future, Heilongjiang Province will also build five regional airports such as Suifenhe airport and Hulin airport, to form a provincial airport network system with a wider coverage and a more reasonable layout.
Harbin Taiping International Airport
Built in 1979, Harbin Taiping International Airport (Harbin Airport), formerly known as Harbin Yanjiagang Airport, is located in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, which is 33 kilometers away from the downtown area (126°14 '57 "E, 45°37' 23" N). As a 4E class civil transport airport, it meets the takeoff and landing needs of Boeing 747 family, Airbus 340 family and the same type and below. Located in the center of northeast Asia, Harbin airport is the optimum stopping point of the route from southeast Asia to North America, which is now the international airport in northeast China with the largest passenger throughput. Harbin is the first city in Northeast China to open the fifth air right, and now it has opened two fifth air right routes: Yekaterinburg-Harbin - Bangkok, Vladivostok - Harbin - Bangkok. In 2018, Harbin Airport completed 146,000 take-offs and landings, passenger throughput reached 20.431 million person-times, cargo and mail throughput reached 125,000 tons, ranking 20th in China. During the 2019 winter flight season, Harbin airport was scheduled to operate 1,560 flights per week.
1.Initial airport construction
(1) Harbin Yanjiagang Airport
Before 1979, Harbin Majiagou Airport was located in the downtown, and was a military-civilian joint-use lawn airport.
In December 1979, the newly built Yanjiagang Airport in Harbin was completed and put into operation, covering an area of over 4.55 mililion square meters (6829 mu). The main runway was 3200 meters long and 45 meters wide, and the construction area of the terminal building reached 7,938 square meters, which could meet the demand of 600 passengers during peak hours.

2.Harbin Taiping International Airport (T1)
In July 1997, Harbin Yanjiagang Airport was expanded and put into use, which was built on the basis of the original site by requisition of about 1.27 mililion aquare meters (1902 mu) of land. The flight area class reached 4D standard, and the apron reached the standard of operating class E aircraft. Terminal 1 had a floor area of 67,000 square meters, which could meet the demand of 3,000 passengers during peak hours.
In July 1998, Harbin Yanjiagang Airport was renamed Harbin Taiping International Airport. In October 2003, the flight area class was upgraded to 4E, which could handle the takeoff and landing needs of Boeing 747-400 aircraft and the same type and below.

2. Recent airport construction
Harbin Taiping Airport (T2)
In October 2014, the expansion project of Harbin Airport started. In April 2018, all the construction targets of Phase I were completed, with 135,200 square meters of Terminal 2, 670,000 square meters of apron surface, 43 stands, 19 piers, etc., all put into use, and the designed annual throughput of the current expansion was 18 million person-times.

1.The Initial Development of the Company
Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. (Heilongjiang Airport Group), formerly known as Heilongjiang Administration Bureau of Civil Aviation of China, was established in December 2003, with five airports under its jurisdiction: Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi and Heihe. In April 2006, Heilongjiang Airport Group was under the Capital Airport Group trusteeship and operated by it.
2.The Recent Development of the Company
(1)Regional airport construction
In 2008, Mohe Airport was completed and opened to traffic; in 2009, the three airports of Yichun, Daqing and Jixi were completed and opened to traffic; in 2012, Jiagedaqi Airport was completed and opened to traffic; in 2014, Fuyuan Airport was completed and opened to traffic; in 2017, Jiansanjiang Airport and Wudalianchi Airport were completed and opened to traffic. At present, the number of airports under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Airport Group has reached 13, forming an airport group with one large airport and 12 small airports, ranking the fifth among the provinces in China.
(2)Route network construction
At present, 46 domestic and foreign airlines are operating at Harbin Airport, which contributes to 253 domestic and international routes, connecting with 123 cities, including 31 of the 34 provincial capitals in China.
During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the average annual growth rates of the three indexes of takeoff and landing cycles, passenger throughput and cargo and mail throughput of Heilongjiang Airport Group were 13.3%, 14.6% and 10.1% respectively, which were 4.1, 4.4 and 5.6 percentage points higher than the national civil aviation growth rates respectively. Heilongjiang Airport Group will also build three new airports in Suifenhe, Hegang and Hulin during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The passenger throughput of Harbin Airport exceeded 10 million person-times for the first time in 2013 and 20 million person-times in 2018.
In March 2015, the State Council approved Harbin Airport to implement the visa-free policy for 51 countries within 72 hours. Harbin Airport ranks second in the number of cities with air links to Russia. At present, an air traffic network with Harbin as the center, radiating major cities in China and connecting neighboring countries such as Russia, Japan and South Korea has been initially formed.
Harbin, also known as the "Ice City", is the provincial capital and sub-provincial city of Heilongjiang Province. It is an important central city in northeast China and an important national manufacturing base approved by the State Council, and has been known as "Oriental Moscow" and "Oriental Little Paris". Harbin has jurisdiction over 9 districts, 7 counties and 2 county-level cities, with a total area of 53,000 square kilometers and a total population of 18,580,000.
Located in the center of Northeast China and Northeast Asia, Harbin is the political, economic and cultural center in the northern part of Northeast China, honoured as "the pearl of the Eurasian land bridge". It is also an important hub of the first Eurasian land bridge and air corridor, the starting point of the Harbin-Daqi-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor, a central city of border development and opening up, a central city in Northeast Asia Region and a "central city of cooperation with Russia" as the national strategic positioning. Harbin is an important commercial grain production base in China, an ideal location for the development of food processing industry and agricultural economy, suitable for growing a variety of food and textile crops. In 2018, the gross domestic product (GDP) reached over 630 bililion yuan, with an increase by 5.1% year on year.
In November 2017, Harbin retained the honorary title of "National Civilized City" and ranked 23rd in the "Top 100 Cities of China"; In December 2017, it was selected as "China's Top Ten Ice and Snow Tourist Cities"; in October 2018, it won the title of "International Wetland City" in the world. In 2019, China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone was approved, among which Harbin area covers an area of 79.86 square kilometers, focusing on the development of new generation of information technology, new materials, high-end equipment, biomedical and other strategic emerging industries, modern service industries such as science and technology, finance, culture and tourism, as well as ice and snow economy in cold regions. In addition, the state will focus on building Harbin into a highland carrying comprehensive cooperation with Russia and Northeast Asia and a national logistics hub connecting China and Europe and Asia, so as to make Harbin a growth pole and demonstration area of all-round revitalization.

1.The short-term goals (2025)
Business scale: the annual passenger throughput reaches 42 million person-times, the annual cargo and mail throughput reaches 400,000 tons, and the annual guaranteed takeoff and landing reaches 320,000.
Infrastructure: Terminals 2 and 3 will be built, two new runways will be added to achieve multi-runway operation, and a comprehensive transportation hub (GTC) will be built simultaneously with Terminal 3.
Air route network: about 80 cities will be accessible to international and regional air routes, basically forming an international air route network radiating to Northeast Asia; it is planned to steadily increase the number of medium and long distance international routes, and make the route network of the United States and Europe reach key cities.
Comprehensive traffic: the airport ground traffic collection and distribution network capacity will be greatly enhanced to form a high-capacity fast passage to and from the airport, so that the ground traffic will cover the main urban area of Harbin in one hour.
2.2.The Long-term Goals (2035)
Business scale: annual passenger throughput reaches 80 million person-times, annual cargo throughput reaches 1.2 million tons, annual guaranteed take-off and landing reaches 600,000.
Infrastructure: the fourth runway, the T3 satellite hall and the construction of the southern terminal area will be built, and freight and other supporting facilities will be improved.
Air route network: the international and regional air route accessible cities reach about 110; increase the connection with Southeast Asia and other regions, so as to build a smooth network connecting the hub airports of the United States and Europe.
Comprehensive transportation: It is planned to improve the ground transportation network with expressways, high-speed railways and rail transit as the backbone, and build an efficient air-ground combined transportation system, so that the ground transportation can serve Harbin-Changjiang city cluster in 2 hours and reach major towns in Northeast China in 4 hours. The collection and distribution proportion of public transportation is more than 40 %.
Qiqihar Sanjiazi Airport
Built in December 1987 and founded in January 2004, Qiqihar Sanjiazi Airport (formerly China Civil Aviation Qiqihar) is affiliated to Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd., which made its first flight to Beijing on May 16, 1988.
Since its 31 years of operation, the airport company has always kept in mind the general guidelines for civil aviation work of "safety first, normal flight, quality service", and adhered to the purpose of "service for the passengers and cargo owners, the airlines and the local economic construction". With the enterprise spirit of "unity, dedication, hard work and self-improvement", the airport company has accomplished all the tasks assigned by the superior, and made contributions to the economic development and social progress of the city and its surrounding areas.
Mudanjiang Hailang International Airport
Located in the southwest suburb of Mudanjiang City, Mudanjiang Hailang International Airport, as a military-civilian joint-use airport, is an important transportation hub and open door in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. Mudanjiang Airport was originally built during the Japanese puppet period, and was assigned to the Air Force after the Northeast was restored in 1945. It was also the location of the first aviation school of New China. On September 2, 1985, the civil aviation part of Mudanjiang Airport was officially opened to traffic, and in June, 1996, it was approved as a national first-class port by the State Council. With the approval of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Mudanjiang Hailang Airport was renamed as "Mudanjiang Hailang International Airport" on August 21, 2017. In 2019, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission designated Mudanjiang Airport as the "regional trunk airport" of Heilongjiang Province.
After years of continuous development, Mudanjiang Airport's support facilities and equipment are becoming more and more perfect, with a flight area class of 4C; the apron covers an area of 37,600 square metres with 4 parking stands; the terminal building covers an area of 8,200 square meters, divided into domestic and international areas. In 2019, the customs supervision site of Mudanjiang Airport passed the acceptance and will be put into use, when Mudanjiang Airport will become the only regional airport in Heilongjiang Province with international cargo clearance capacity, which will fill the gap of international air cargo transportation in Mudanjiang and effectively improve the customs clearance ability of international import and export cargo in Mudanjiang.
At present, Mudanjiang Airport has opened 11 domestic and international routes to Beijing (capital city, daxing), Shanghai (Pudong, Hongqiao), Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Jinan, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Yantai, Dalian, Yingkou, Seoul, Korea, with a total of 13 cities. Mudanjiang Airport also opens domestic and international travel charter routes in accordance with seasonal changes and passenger travel needs.
In 2019, Mudanjiang Airport completed 8,128 takeoffs and landings, with a year-on-year growth of 8.9%; completed the passenger throughput of 1,048,088 person-times, with a year-on-year growth of 12.25%; completed cargo and mail throughput of 1290 tons, with a year-on-year growth of 4.24%. This is the first time that the annual passenger throughput of Mudanjiang Airport has exceeded 1 million person-times in 34 years of operation, making it the first regional airport in Heilongjiang Province to exceed 1 million person-times annually.
Since its operation, Mudanjiang Airport has always taken "service for national strategy, local development, passengers and airlines" as its own responsibility. Under the care and support of Civil Aviation Administration of China, Provincial Airport Group, Mudanjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Mudanjiang Airport has been continuously improving its safe operation capability and service quality, and has been committed to improving the layout of airline network, which has been widely praised by all walks of life. Mudanjiang Airport has been rated as "Civilized Airport" by Northeast Regional Administration of CAAC and awarded honorary titles such as "Advanced Collective", "Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" and "Four Good Leading Groups" by Capital Airport Group and Provincial Airport Group for many times; it has been awarded by Mudanjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government as "Excellent Target Management Unit", "Advanced Unit Driven by Trade and Tourism" and "Winning Unit of Ten Thousand People's Appraisal Encyclopedia"; "Best Tourism Airport" and "Best Regional Tourism Airport" by the Civil Aviation Tourism Committee of China Tourism Association; won the "Passenger Satisfaction Excellence Award" issued by China Civil Airport Association; Many of its subordinate grass-roots teams were successively awarded the "Youth Civilization" by the provincial and municipal Communist Youth League committees.
Jiamusi Eastern Suburban Airport
Located on the south side of Tongsan Highway in the eastern suburb of Jiamusi City, 8 kilometers away from Jiamusi City, Jiamusi Airport covers an area of 260 hectares, of which the apron area is up to 33,000 square meters. The runway is 2500 meters long and 45 meters wide, which can park 3 Class C aircraft and 1 Class B aircraft. The airport scale reaches 4C class, and the fire protection class is 6. With single runway operation, runway 06 terminal is of class I precision approach instrument landing system, all of which are self-sliding remote stands.
Heihe Aihui Airport
Located in 15.5 kilometers southwest of Heihe downtown, Heilongjiang Province, 240゜ from Heihe true bearing, Heihe Aihui Airport is built in 1985 and put into use, which is a domestic civil transport airport and can meet the take-off and landing of the similar aircraft to B737-700 and the below. Since its opening to traffic, Heihe Airport has opened Heihe to Harbin, Shenyang, Changchun, Dalian, Beijing, Jinan, Qinhuangdao, Shanghai, Mohe, Zhengzhou, Zhuhai and other air routes. The main tourists come from Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai and the Pearl River Delta region. Passengers can reach Heihe quickly and comfortably on the same day.
II.II.Reconstruction and Expansion Process
1.Initial Construction of the Airport
Heihe Airport was renovated and expanded by Heihe Municipal Government in 2000. Construction started on May 7 of that year, and Beijing air route was opened and the airport restored to traffic on September 30, 2001. The expansion project was completed in October 2003 with a total investment of 198.53 million yuan. Funded by the local government, a new concrete runway of 2,500 meters long and 45 meters wide was built. The flight area class is 4C. The apron covers an area of 15,600 square meters and can accommodate two Class C aircraft at the same time. The new terminal building, covering an area of 5,800 square meters, was put into use in October 2003, which can meet the demand of 207 passengers per hour and 113,200 person-times per year at the peak, and the supporting projects such as communication and navigation, navigational lighting aid, oil supply, power supply were also constructed simultaneously. Navigation facilities include Runway 17 VOR/DME approach and NDB approach, Class I instrument precision approach for Runway 35 and VOR/DME approach. In addition, there is also a glide platform, omnidirectional beacon and other navigation facilities, and all kinds of lights are complete, with good headway airworthiness conditions.
2.2.Recent Construction of the Airport
With the growing development of airport transportation and production, stands resources are becoming increasingly scarce. In June 2018, Heihe Airport renovated and expanded the apron. The newly built apron pavement area is 19,673 square meters, and 2 new Class C stands are added. The project was completed in mid-October of that year and put into use in 2019.
III.Operation and Management
1.Initial Operation and Management
Heihe Airport has played an active role in changing the backward traffic situation in the border areas, promoting the development of border trade and tourism, and prospering the economy in the border areas. Especially in the four years from 1990 to 1993 when Heihe's economy was developing fastest, the passenger transport volume here accounted for 70% of the total passenger transport volume of the airport in the 15 years since it was opened to traffic. Although the urban population of Heihe was less than 100,000, the annual passenger throughput of the airport at that time ranked 46th among the 143 airports in China for many consecutive years. The number of flights from Heihe to Harbin has increased rapidly from 2 per week to 21 to 42 per week, with the daily peak reaching 9 flights per day. During this period, flights from Heihe to Qiqihar, Shenyang, Dalian and Changchun have been opened successively. In order to meet the needs of tourism and economic and trade activities between China and Russia, Heihe Airport also opened Heihe to Russia Blagoveshchensk tourist charter flight route from 1994 to 1998, known as the "shortest international airline in the world", it only takes 9 minutes for the plane taking off and landing between the two countries. Since 1994, due to the cooling of border trade, local economic downturn, and the restriction of the short runway so that Heihe Airport could only take off and land An-24, Yun-7 and smaller airliners, Heihe Airport began to fly on and off. After 1997, Heihe Airport faced suspension of flights. In 2000, the Heihe Airport was renovated and expanded by Heihe Municipal Government, and the construction began on May 7 of that year, and the route to Beijing was opened and recovered to flights on September 30, 2001. In August 2003, Heihe Airport opened a temporary freight charter flight from Heihe to Yakutsk, Russia. On September 26 of the same year, the Heihe to Yakutsk international route was officially opened, realizing the extension of China's products to the Russian hinterland. However, due to the rise of the Russian sea tariff, this route was forced to stop after only two flights.
2.Recent operation management
With the active efforts of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, Heihe-Harbin-Beijing route was opened on March 30, 2008, operated by Heilongjiang Branch of China Southern Airlines Group, one flight a day, with the aircraft type A320 of 156 passenger seats, which was chartered by the government. In order to enrich the Heihe aviation market, through various efforts, the Shanghai route was successfully opened on July 15, 2009. The preferential ticket price of this flight broadened the aviation market of Heihe Airport and significantly increased the passenger throughput, which reversed the situation of transportation production stagnating for many years. The daily peak of inbound and outbound passengers had reached 628 person-times. In 2011, with the support of the municipal government and the provincial airport group, Heihe Airport introduced Sichuan Airlines on July 2nd, and opened flights from Heihe to Harbin every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with the aircraft type A319, which greatly met the demand of the aviation market from all walks of life. However, it was later suspended due to losses. Under the joint efforts of the Provincial Airport Group and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Heihe Airport reached an operation agreement with Okay Airways in 2011, and opened the Harbin-Heihe-Mohe route on September 26, with 1 flight per day, which solved the traffic difficulties between remote mountainous areas and cities and provided transportation convenience for the vast number of passengers. But the route was stopped in October 2018 due to route subsidies. On May 30, 2012, with the joint efforts of Heihe Airport and the government, flights to Shanghai resumed, but were suspended at the end of August due to a shortage of passengers. Later, through efforts, Heihe Airport reached cooperation with China Eastern Airlines. Since July 10, 2014, Heihe Airport has resumed the operation of flight to Shanghai, with 1 flight a day. In May 2018, the domestic ARJ21 aircraft of Chengdu Aviation was introduced to operate the Heihe-Harbin route. On April 1, 2019, Heihe Airport cooperated with China Southern Airlines Zhuhai Branch to open Heihe-Zhengzhou-Zhuhai route.
In recent years, transport production at Heihe Airport has grown steadily.
A total of 2568 flights were completed throughout 2015, with a year-on-year growth of 3.2%; and the passengers throughout reached 126856 person-times, with a year-on-year growth of 12.5%.
A total of 2684 flights were completed throughout 2016, with a year-on-year growth of 4.5%; and the passengers throughout reached 140752 person-times, with a year-on-year growth of 11%.
A total of 2698 flights were completed throughout 2017, with a year-on-year growth of 0.5%; and the passengers throughout reached 150692 person-times, with a year-on-year growth of 7.1%.
A total of 3061 flights were completed throughout 2018, with a year-on-year growth of 13.45%; and the passengers throughout reached 180905 person-times, with a year-on-year growth of 20%.
A total of 2337 flights were completed and the passengers throughout reached 215947 person-times throughout 2019, with a year-on-year growth of 19.37 %.
At present, there are three domestic routes out of Heihe Airport, namely Heihe -- Harbin -- Beijing, Heihe -- Harbin -- Shanghai and Heihe -- Harbin, which are operated by China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Chengdu Airlines.
Heihe Airport will seize the development opportunities to further enhance the level of security. On the basis of consolidating the existing air routes, it will make use of the geographical advantages of the border and actively cooperate with the local government to strive for becoming an international port airport, so as to open passenger and cargo charter air routes in the Russian sports regions as soon as possible. And Heihe Airport will also closely embrace the provincial airport group's strategic plan, constantly strive to enrich the route network, to serve the local development and the public.
Mohe Gulian Airport
Mohe Gulian Airport (Mohe Airport), located in 9 kilometers southwest of Mohe downtown in the Greater Hinggan Mountains region of Heilongjiang Province (122°25 '19.78 "E, 52°54' 58.77" N), is a 4C class civil transport airport, which can meet the takeoff and landing needs of Boeing 737-700, Airbus 320 and similar aircraft. Mohe airport is the northernmost regional airport with the highest latitude in China, and also the first airport built on the tundra in China. In 2019, the takeoffs and landings of Mohe Airport were 1434, with passenger throughput of 84,000 person-times and cargo and mail throughput of 98 tons.
In 2008, Mohe Airport was completed and put into operation. It has a 2,200-meter-long runway and an area of terminal building of 2,107 square meters. The designed annual passenger throughput is 122,000 person-times.
In 2014, the Apron expansion was completed at Mohe Airport, and 2 Class C self-gliding stands were added.

Operation and Management
Since its opening to traffic, Mohe Airport has opened routes to Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Harbin, Zhengzhou, Qiqihar, Hailar, Dalian, Jieyang, Jiagdaqi, Heihe and other cities.
Mohe City belongs to the Greater Hinggan Mountains region of Heilongjiang Province. Jixi Xingkai Lake Airport
Jixi Airport is subordinate to Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd., which started construction on October 15, 2007 and put into use on October 16, 2009. Yichun Lindu Airport
Yichun Airport is located in Yilin Business Office of Wumahe District of Yichun City, on the outskirts of the east side of the urban area. It is 13.5 kilometers away from the downtown area and 8 kilometers away from the railway station as a straight line, which was launched on August 27, 2009. Airport Road is 8.4 km long and belongs to 4C domestic branch airport. The runway is 2800 meters long and 45 meters wide, which can take off and land 4C class and below aircraft. Daqing Saertu Airport
Daqing Saertu Airport, located in the Chunlei Area in the north of Sartu District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is a domestic regional airport, 18 kilometers away from the Dongcheng District of Daqing City, 29 kilometers away from the Xicheng District of Daqing City, with a fligt area class of 4C, covering a total area of 186 hectares. Daqing Saltu Airport project was approved by the State Council and the Central Military Commission in May 2006, officially started construction in October 2008, and was completed on August 3, 2009. On August 14, 2009, the airport passed the civil aviation industry acceptance and open operation examination organized by the Northeast Regional Administration of Civil Aviation, and was officially opened to traffic on September 1, 2009.
